Since 2013, I am a PhD student at the Graduate School for Systemic Neurosciences (GSN-LMU). Having dealt with the moral status of animals in my master's thesis, my PhD project now focuses on the criteria that are relevant for ascribing an interest in continued life to someone and, above all, to what extent animals do possess these abilities. Consequently, my main research interests lie in the field of animal cognition and the philosophy of mind, but also in moral psychology.
