About Me
I obtained a B.A. (honours) in Philosophy at the University of Dundee, an M.A. in Communication at the Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam, and a Research M.A. in Philosophy at Radboud University Nijmegen, with specialization in Philosophy of Mind and Language, where I also completed courses in Cognitive Neuroscience and AI. I am a Ph.D. student at the Graduate School of Systemic Neurosciences (GSN-LMU) since 2018.
Research Interests
My research foci include joint attention, shared perception, and social cognition. My doctoral project is to elucidate the relational nature of joint attention and its functional significance for joint action coordination. In particular, the project aims to clarify the role of perceptual experience in joint attention, and to develop suitable behavioural operationalizations for the study of joint attention in different sense modalities.
