About Me

I graduated with Bachelors in Biology (2014) after studying at Paris XI University and Imperial College London. After studying the MSc. of Neuroscience at Paris XI, I graduated from the MSc. in Advanced Neuroimaging (2016) at UCL under the supervision of Dr. SM. Fleming. Together we investigated on the relationship between motor action and metacognitive ability. As research assistant at the School of Advanced Study UoL, I focussed my research on the workings of metacognition in cross modal perception and in value-based choice tasks.

Research Interests

For my PhD project, I am investigating on the role of metacognition in complex value-based decision tasks. In this empirical research, I particularly aim to identify some of the building blocks of confidence levels when faced with decisions involving cross domain values (such as moral versus utilitarian) and in presence of discounting factors. My further interests include goal-directed behaviors, executive control, problem solving, insight, and extended cognition.
